How does VAT-exempt ordering work?
EU businesses outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number can order VAT-exempt. Your VAT number is verified via the EU VIES system. After approval, you see ex-VAT prices and pay no VAT at checkout. Dutch businesses also see ex-VAT prices but pay VAT and receive an invoice with reverse charge.
When will I receive my invoice?
You automatically receive a professional invoice with your VAT number by email after each order. The invoice is also saved in your account. For EU deliveries, VAT is 0% with mention of intra-community delivery.
How do volume discounts work?
Volume discount is calculated automatically based on your order value: 5% from €500, 8% from €1,000, 10% from €2,500, and 12% from €5,000. For larger projects, we're happy to create a custom quote.
What is the delivery time for business orders?
Orders placed before 5 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Delivery time is 1-2 business days for NL/BE and 2-5 business days for the rest of Europe. For large orders or pallet deliveries, we will contact you.
Can I pay on account?
For approved business customers, we offer payment on account (14 or 30 days) after a positive credit assessment. Contact us to discuss the options.
