   Oxygen in the water

   The BluFountain 20.000 is a floating aeration fountain: you don't need to place anything on the bottom of the pond. The pump sprays the water upwards and lets it fall back like a plume. This way the water absorbs oxygen: good for your fish and other pond life, and it helps prevent algae blooms.

   • Pump: up to 20,000 litres per hour at 90 watts

   Wind and debris in the fountain make the plume narrower; keep the fountain free of blockages. Secure the float to the edge with the included ground pins and cords, at a water depth of at least 50 cm.

   Moving water freezes less quickly, so in winter the BluFountain helps keep your pond ice-free. During prolonged hard frost, take it out of the water so it doesn't freeze in.
